Great communication and the tattoo studio is great. Went there for my first tattoo and was extremely happy with artist Harry's design he created for me and just enjoyed the whole experience!

Not a welcoming environment, felt really uncomfortable and judged. Communication was poor. I wasn’t asked for a deposit and I’d presumed it was because I had been there before. I was booked in for half sleeve in a couple weeks for my birthday. Was asked randomly though instagram for a late notice deposit. I asked if I could have some time - week max as I keep most my money in Sharesies or cash. Then mentioned my concerns to her, in return I got a massive unnecessary text including her cancelling my appointment I was really looking forward to - can’t find someone else with availability.

Absolutely amazing place they take awesome care of you and I had Harry who is a very talented artist and tattooist, designed exactly what I wanted and imagined. And was so patient with me even when I was squirming throughout the whole thing. Such a lovely environment also.

Exceptional service, attitude and reputation. I went in with a basic idea and the artist took some time to consider and refine the piece to ensure it would work and last. Great communication and several sessions later I have a wicked tattoo. Thank you very much Matt and the team at Soular Tattoo for the awesome work.

Kia ora Soular. Received a bespoke tattoo from Abe over two sessions. Every line perfect. Added some personalized design at the end. Awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

What can we say other than what an amazing experience we have had with Soular right down to Lisa with helping with our enquiries all the way to Abe and his amazing work - what a talent he has our baby and us (nervous parents) had an awesome experience with her 1st kirituhi, the talent the professionalism from Abe far reached our expectations so much so we have booked hubby into get work done by Abe in July. Sonia is a legend - she has designed and competed 3 tattoos for me - including my first one ever, which was an awesome experience. Sonia also recently added watercolour to a dense black tattoo on my forearm that was done at another studio, which has elevated it so much more and made it look so organic like it was always meant to be that way.Soular itself is clean, friendly and the vibes are good - lots of good chat and excellent music selections.Rate this place so highly - and Sonia is awesome - thoroughly recommend!

I got some neo traditional pieces from Karl and they are so good ! Perfect lines they're all amazing. Also have some script from Abraham which is clean crispy and super gangster.

Fantastic place! Harry worked with my husband and I on a specific design. He nailed everything we asked for and the design turned out better than expected. He worked solidly and the end result we couldn’t be happier with. Thanks Harry!! You’re an absolute gem.
