The young guy that came round to unlock our drain was very good. He did the job well, he asked the right questions and was generally helpful and then at the end he cleaned up the area (after the hoses etc messed up a little of our path/landscaping). That definitely impressed us. Haven't got the invoice yet, so can't comment on the price.
