Wow these guys were amazing. They took the time to explain to me the different weights of the chain I would need to replace my one as it broke and it was holding a precious stone. I loved there honestly about what I really needed rather than letting me walk out the door with a cheaper one that would not be any good. Thank you both so much for best customer service today.

I have had a few items repaired here as well as purchasing a couple of items from them, Glen always does a fabulous job of repairs and the quality of the items i have purchased are brilliant. Definitely recommend Jewelcraft over other jewellers.

Glen crafted my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Both were very different an unique. Glen was very accommodating in our designs his communication was great and we are over the moon with out rings. Attention to detail was amazing and the end result was just incredible. We will be back again!
