Course was great but we did not have a break out area to rest at morning tea. No coffee or tea was available during our break time. We had to stay in class room with our glass of water or go stand outside on the footpath. No comms about this before hand. Several people in our group had left the office without our bags or wallets so weren't able to buy coffee or tea nearby.
