I worked with Ron to create an engagement ring. Ron was very knowledgeable and provided me with several quotes, at my request, before starting the process.Unfortunately I was unable to provide any feedback on the designs presented to me, as the ring creation had started without my final approval. This is counter to what I expected from the website which states 'It is tweaked until you are happy with the result - we do not proceed beyond this stage until you are completely happy with the design'.I appreciated the efforts to work with the CAD designer in getting the designs as close as possible to the samples I had given, and I acknowledged there were definitely delays on my end as well in responding. However I was surprised to hear that the ring was already being created without my approval and without my feedback on the designs.During the ring handover, Ron also accidentally dropped the ring - I do wish there was better handling during this exchange. Ron was otherwise very amiable and answered all of my questions during the whole process.

Working with Ron was an awesome experience. He made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the ring is absolutely perfect (fiancé adores it). Communication was quick and easy, and ring was delivered on time with no drama! Can't recommend him enough.

Adamaster were absolutely fantastic to deal with! I dealt with Ron and he looked after me so well with his efficient communication and suggestions. The entire process of getting the ring made was smooth and reliable and completed within the time frame that was provided during the very first consultation. What I appreciated the most was that Ron was open to my ideas and what pictures I provided him and then was able to offer some really helpful advice based off what I thought my fiance might like. Most importantly, my fiance absolutely loved the ring. The whole thing couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend Adamaster to any of my friends or anyone else for that matter, who is considering popping the big question.
