We ordered a substantial system, Megason delivered expensive equipment in preparation for the job, for which they were paid, but proved unable to comply with our delivery request. So this, coupled with their unwillingnes to quote labour rates, led to us cancelling the order. Megason refused to take back the equipment delivered, despite some of it being unsuitable for our job, i.e. incorrect pump capacity. We, meaning myself, my two building contractors and I assume the other professional trades people who observed these events, would not deal with this organsiation in the future
