Ray and his team provide individualised service, going above and beyond in all aspects of customer-focused care, be it to source medsafe approved but non-funded medicines, Ray an expert in this area, or finding the best covid protective masks and equipment to stay safe and well. Ray is super helpful whilst bringing a dose of good humour and character to the front line of community care. I trust and rely on his expertise and wouldn’t go elsewhere for any pharmacy related needs. I am truly grateful for the all round excellence found at his pharmacy on Lincoln road, right by coffee culture, Addington.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Wait times for prescriptions are not too long and the shop has lots to look at to keep you occupied. Very knowledgeable team who are always happy to help.

Exceptional service, staff go above and beyond to see you receive the most helpful and effective advice. I was particularly impressed with the head chemist and owner Ray going out of his way to ring me to let me know that I was out of repeats for my medication, so helpful.

Really good pharmacy. They are pretty fast to get your prescription out and the pharmacist took time to explain my new medication to me and printed me an information booklet so that I could read some more about it. The shop has lots of interesting things to look at while you wait and the staff are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I've been in a few times and the staff are always fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable.They've always had what I need, even though the store feels small. Don't let it fool you.
