Terrible service. They don't answer the phone. There's no branch on Browns Bay now and the Albany branch seems understaffed. From an ASB Customer for over 60 years. Get the basics right

Very long queue.. I have people Infront and back of me queueing with me to just make an appointment to be serviced in a later date. I am here for over 40min and still queueing. Don't come around lunch time or come with lunch otherwise you won't do anything thing during 1hr break. The staffs come and talk to you but really do no help at all.

I visited ASB Albany westfiled Branch for changing account setting today. Ms.Misha handled my problem with her very professional business level and patient service attitude. So thank you Misha especially. BTW, long waiting time in queue.

We were here about a week ago trying to deposit an Australian (CBA) bank cheque but was refused on the spot due to imperfect printing on the cheque". The young teller started out promisingly helpful by trying to explain the situation but ended up sulking and walked off shouting

We visited the Albany branch of ASB early this morning, to sort out our accounts as we have recently been the victims of scamming. We are senior citizens, and do our best with technology etc, but needed to get our details sorted, and up and running again. We want to thank the lovely young lady teller, who did not rush us, and sorted things out for us. We left the bank feeling so confident again. We want to thank her for her understanding, time and patience. A good job well done! Thank you!

I would give negative star if I could. A lot of staff wondering around but only a few staff working on the counter. Most of the time their staff are not familiar with what they need to do and work inefficiently.
