Have got a very worst experience from the staff Mr. Morshed and management person Mr. Ameer khan not giving reply when ever contacted, tried visiting the centre and its closed. and Never keep their words it’s nearly one year I have cancelled my ielts test still not yet received my refund, no response from anyone. They always want the fees first and after that very Very bad service never ever recommend this to any one.

Clearly a scam. FutureED is the partner of the BristishCouncil for IELTS. But this company has fraudulent behaviour.I booked an exam in Christchurch on the bristish council website, received a confirmation for Christchurch but in fact FutureED enrolled me in Auckland ! We exchanged some emails and nobody informed me about that, I just received a confirmation for the wrong test centre and they refuse to refund me.

You need to change/ upgrade your headphones! I think, it's better to use a speaker than headphones when playing the CD for listening.SSMIILLEEE.. Be friendly.

Very bad experience. I wanted to withdraw from giving ielts according to British council regulations and they did not give me the refund I was entitled to. Not only these people are lifting our calls now But also they have moved from their location.. This is looting our hard earned money.

The procedures were ok, but is not clear for me, how does the interviewer do to know your level of speaking, if you are really nervous? When I've done the simulation of the test at the school, I got a good score, but when I presented the IELTS test I got low score? How do you do to know that is not a nervousness problem?

Not an international standard of taking exam experience I had .Poor staff support extremely slow responses and not fully aware of how this kind of exams should be organized. Overall very disappointed , and very surprised because I had experience writing of British council IELTS in other countries.

They should consider not taking tests in classrooms facing Queen st because there are frequent protest that affect students taking the exam

The staff was helpful but the actual test center classroom environment was not good at all. Students outside were making loud noises, it interrupts the test taker.
