Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Upper Hutt

Excellent service at Upper Hutt shop from initial walk-in for eye test with the charming Optometrist which was followed up with a selection of two frames with an extremely polite assistant Tim. Today, a mere 18 days later, I have had the glasses fitted perfectly by Carla. Efficiency all round. Thank you all very much. Great team work.

Highly recommend upper Hutt Specsavers. They were so kind and helpful with both my daughter and me. The Frames are amazing, and the service was just the best especially - Amanda and Carla!

Great service, extremely chill but professional vibes.Felt very comfortable completing the eye exam, and the service and suggestions for selecting frames was excellent (with a wide selection available).Staff were knowledgeable and made quality recommendations.

Upper Hutt now has its own Specsavers. This one stop Optometrists will certainly provide real competition for locals without the need to visit other suburbs. My customer experience today was excellent. Two pair of new glasses and a case cheaper than I can by frames from other Upper Hutt Optometrists

All of our experiences at Specsavers Upper Hutt have been good. This time, we were taking our 5 and 9 year old boys in for eye tests (and, as it turns out, glasses).The whole team were amazing; Carla and Gerald especially. They were absolute pros with the boys, made it easy and fun for them, gave us great advice and managed the process so that they could pick frames while their eye drops were kicking in.Blown away by how kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable they both were. We literally couldn’t have asked for more!

I booked for the first time with Specsavers in years. I lost my belief in them years ago when it was Lower Hutt, but I had heard that Upper Hutt was different.Not sure that what I heard could be more wrong. These guys from the second I went in for my eye check was awesome.Elliot and Tim sorted out the beginning of my adventure, with Carla, Amanda and Shelley holding up the hour I spent looking for a new look in my eye wear. No time limit and so nice and relaxed the entire time. I had Warren talk to me about the ‘selected’ choice and he booked me in for a collection date.. I can not rave enough about these guys!!!I rang after my glasses had arrived and spoke to Gerald, and still after care customer service…Seriously, there is a lot more going on in Lower Hutt, but if you need eye wear and an awesome productive and relaxed team, Upper Hutt Specsavers are your crew.I got a choice of cases, and I received two cloths and cleaner… I have never been offered cleaner before…Seriously, I can’t wait for next year when I need to get my eyes checked again.!!!!Awesome service, great range, and a fantastic after care service too!Special shout out to Elliott, Tim, Carla, Amanda, Shelley, Warren and Gerald… if you don’t give them a go you wont know good service.
