I've been a customer for last ten for the alcohol section. It used to be a best selection of great drinks, staff was very knowledgeable and they even had a tasting area for some drinks. I was flying today after 3 years and it was a stark contrast! No tasting area at all, staff knowledge is next to zero, they are pushy borderline rude, very unwilling to work any deal with you. Selection is also suffered. And not in alcohol area only, perfumes selection, especially mini gift sets are not present. They had one only! Usually I was buying at least 4 bottles of exclusive alcohol, and some gifts but not today. I will pass. Maybe management changed? Shame, I really loved this shop.

Typical scam airport “duty free” trying to lure you to buy more expensive perfumes or alcohol that is cheaper on the street otherwise. Sad thing is those places exist as people genuinely believe it’s no tax, but the price is actually higher due to high rent prices at the airport and dozen of useless staff to keep it going and harassing poor passengers trying to make their way to the gate. Create more food shops at the international terminal rather than useless shops.

Great Place to Shop and organise your Duty Free, before you travel. Takes away all the extra on-the-day travel stress, needing only to present your pre-paid order and collect your goods. Never been let down. Really good prices also.

Good Prices when you can gen discount of at least 20% or when buying three bottle of same. Would be great to be able to mix same prices together of the 3 for speials

We have picked up an online order when arriving which has an opened bottle of Vodka in it (with some vodka gone) We have tried calling the 0800 number which is just a message and you cant speak to someone or leave a message, the chat bot continually says no one is available and no one has responded to my email from nearly a week ago.

Good range of products. Though the savings aren't that great over normal bottle shop specials. Unless you can get a two bottle special.Helpful friendly staff. And the preorder pick up on return system is brilliant.Unfortunately little if any in the way of electronics available.

We have been customers for many years. The orders are always ready, and correct. Good prices, website a bit clunky, reasonable range of alcohol which is all we buy.

My husband brought me a Apple iPhone Max S from Amelia duty free at the Christchurch airport not even a year ago thinking he was buying it brand new paying over $1000 for it . long story short..! Phone blanked out took it to a Apple Store with the receipt to see what the problem was only to find out that by Apple’s records it had been previously sold inn2019 and then refurbished with a new screen also re sealed and sold again to my husband WILL NEVER BUY AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE FROM AELIA duty free ever again

The worst website! Trying to order a click and collect for on arrival and the list of spirits will only show 10/140 on a page with no options to change. Then when you search it comes up product not found, spelling was correct. Will be buying in the departure airport instead.
