I had paid $6k in advance for making a working drawing and fees including consent fees for council approval. I never got full working drawings and all I got an un realeastic building price. After done with them I been to classic builders and for same plan they did fixed price for 120k less then what longview homes estimated . Atleast they should have offered any refund.
