Expensive toy's very poor quality. Uncle bills have better quality toys for quarter of the price. Purchased yesterday, fell off the coach and broke today.You'd think, a garbage truck (for a girl) it would have some durance, like boys garbage trucks.

I’m absolutely taken back by my service today. I dealt with a rude elder saleswoman who belittled and discouraged my chosen items. I’m shocked and will no longer be shopping with Withcoulls even though I have been a frequent shopper. Disappointing.

As with most Whitcoulls stores, Whitcoulls Queensgate has a large range of books, stationary and games. Everything from kids books all the way to adult non-fiction and back again. They have all the mainstream books at average prices. The staff are always professional and friendly.

Super friendly staff, massive selection, well organized.I like stopping in, even when I'm not looking for anything specific because their bargains make for great little finds.The club card program is also a nice bonus.

Disappointed with the limited stock and poor content under Māoritanga. I was looking for books relating to proverbs and Matariki and there were none to be found. These should be staples on your shelves. Please do better!
