Asked if they could source a spare part. Was told I needed to book it in, they couldn’t tell me on the spot.Three days later they call, after I followed up, to say that part is no longer available.Then tried to charge a $39 inspection fee. The tool wasn’t inspected. Not one screw or bolt was loosened.When I tried to discuss it I was told to just take my tool and f@$k off

Excellent service friendly staff. I was needing a real Fan to cool my home and My shop keeper at Willys dairy told me to get one from the Toolshed after feeling the power of his Fan I brought me one and couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely shocking service, tried to bully me in to bringing my tool in to get fixed. Verbally quoted me a price for a tool at $89 which I confirmed 3 times with him to be sure. Once the tool arrived tried to charge $189 until I mentioned that he had quoted me $89 which he straight up denied twice. The lady behind the counter in a very demeaning tone then told me that $89 was less then what they paid for it and the best price they could do was $139. Definitely will not be shopping there again I think one star is being generous
