Harrington Park
Smallish Park with a basketball court and a playground. The playground was resently redone and is actually pretty good now, impressed with it. The park has a toilet and not much else too small for a full size pitch to play anything on, but could play a little backyard cricket easy enough on it.

This is a nicely made playground area at this park though it seems more suited to older children rather than younger/toddler ages. As a parent of younger children it was a little more challenging for them to climb and reach parts of the playground. Also the maintenance on keeping the area clean from rubbish around and along the paths to the playground is pretty disgusting. This park could have higher potential with a little more care involved. There have been times we've come along to events at this park so I would love to see it being looked after.

Great little park in the middle of Riccerton. Just far enough away from the mall that there is plenty of free parking

Great update to a classic Christchurch playground, good range of play equipment and a reasonable grass space. Full credit to the council for keeping the bulldozer
