The service I received at South City tank was horrible. I order a wrap combo from here and the lady started making a salad. I then told her I order a wrap not a salad and she then started arguing with me in front of other customers and my partner that I order a salad. When everyone heard me say a wrap combo if I could give zero stars I would I would have got better service at the Hornby tank

Over 20mins to make a smoothie. People behind me got drinks first, the lady forgot my order and asked me again. Ended up being late to work, didnt get a drink nor a refund. Shocking.

Service was absolutely appalling. One staff member was on who was extremely rude. She had opted to take her lunch break at 11 which is all well and good i understand this can be unavoidable at times. However, if you write a small note to place on the counter when you have pre order boards people wont see it. As was explained. Rolling your eyes at a customer not appreciated when it was accidental.

Food was good, Service was really bad. I ordered a salad, they gave me a wrap, said I ordered a wrap, even tho I went in specifically for a salad because I ordered a wrap last time. Before they finished making it I pointed it out, was happy to pay the difference but they said, no. So i just ordered a new salad and gave them the wrap back.

I really like the smoothies, juices everything. But 17 minutes to wait on a wrap and a smoothie when I'm the only customer is ridiculous. I now have 13 minutes to eat and relax before heading back to work. It's not the girls problem at all. She's the only staff and new. Management needs to hire more people because this isn't fair on anyone.

Great service, Elaine didn't mind me changing my order a couple times. Maybe I was just really hungry but it was probably the best wrap I've ever had.

Ordered a Rawson Greens, tasted like frozen unripened bananas. No hint of coconut taste like those from other stores. Lumps of unblended food in the bottom of the cup. I've had 4 of these this week, from other locations. 2 were great, 1 was good. Yours was not great.Staff are polite but could be more customer focused. Store was clean and appeared well stocked.The large waiting area would benefit from their own chairs and tables.

Legit terrible. There has been boxes of tables sitting on the ground on the floor there for at least two weeks, ground is covered in receipts and dirt. Missed vital ingredients out of my drink (frozen yog missed from a smoothie) and my friend ordered a juice and the cup was half full of ice. Don't waste your money honestly
