Very fast response and my order was dispatched immediately. However, the process was let down by PBT Couriers used by Creative Classrooms. According to tracking, the item I ordered arrived at my local depot on 13/4/23(am) but had still not been delivered on 18/4/23(am). I contacted and arranged to pick-up the item direct from the local PBT depot early afternoon on 18/4/23. I will not be placing any more orders if PBT is the courier company used.
