I have the fibre plan and I constantly lag and get 250-600 ping while playing on Oceania servers, I get around 0.35mbps - 3.5mbps download speed. We had complained and switched routers 3 times but the problem still persists.

No Internet connection after 10pm. Router connection allg. GPON allg. The service number is engaged. Cannot belive that customer service end at 5:30. Come on guys, remember you are running a internet company.
