The only place in Nelson airport that sells food. Their foods were pretty good. Especially the bagel. The provide takeaway boxes. But due to busy time, the server sometimes forget that you asked for takeaway.

This cafe is going downhill rapidly. Used to be OK but now it's just terrible. Every single empty table has old dishes and rubbish piling up, and crumbs on chairs while the staff behind the counter are not even busy.

This is only the second review I have eva posted but have done so out of complete frustration. A smile goes a long way in customer service. The staff here need to learn what customer service is all about. I thought it was just my experience but have sat back and watched other customers turn around from the counter, roll their eyes and/or shake their head at the sheer lack of friendliness. In saying that the lovely young lady that took my dirty dishes from the table was great- very polite and had a lovely smile. The other 2 behind the counter need to take a lesson in customer service from her! Creating and growing a business is all about providing a service and being friendly. Without customers you have no business. I feel they think they have a monopoly here so don't give a toss sadly.

Very average food, poor coffee with no lid on my takeaway coffee. Visibly stressed staff and slow service.Best to go to sublime near the entrance of the airport.

I brought the last piece of bacon and egg pie on 30th March 2023 and hadn’t eaten anything else and got food poisoning from this. Suggest they need a refrigerated cabinet and implement proper food management systems. I tried to speak to the manager on 24th April and they were too busy to speak to me. The waitress was helpful but the manager didn’t address it.

We ordered 2 croissants and four coffees, one of those coffees was to be made with oat milk . When we went to collect our order , we asked the gentleman “which one is the oat milk”? To which he replied “none of them!!” We said “we had asked one to be made with it “ his reply was “where does it say that ?” …… we replied “on the docket….” Won’t be in a hurry to go back there

have a feed before you go to nelson airport, there food is rubbish and the staff are so unfriedly, what lunch time and they run out of soup, amazing

Was not very happy with my experience here the bread on the toastie was wrong even tho I asked what bread it was, barista was very grumpy and I found the whole experience horrible, especially when nz is meant to be known for the great hospitality.

We ordered a Chai latte and a decaf flat white. When they came they were both lukewarm. We took them back and asked if they could make them hotter for us please. The second ones that came out had the chai latte still only about slightly hotter than the first one and the decaf flat white was still warm and the coffee was burnt and was undrinkable. Not good enough for the prices we pay!
