No internet at Waiheke Golf Club for two days at the weekend. No eftpos, no phones, nobody answering the help-line. Out of date contact details. A very third world service!

Dose anyone work here? I have been cailing about my slow internet for 3 or 4 weeks now but no one will call me back. The only helpful people are the message service people who answer the phone.

You will receive no assistance from this company at all.Cut off my internet and provided no assistance.It also has the worst business model I have ever heard of. They gave me the ultimatum of no internet or using cell data at the normal fiber price for internet.Practically a scam internet company.
