Fantastic service from passionate folks, can't recommend enough! I've brought my bike in several times for maintenance and the servicing was done super quick, and afterwards had a great breakdown + discussion of what might work was done and might need doing in the future.Now that I was upgrading aspects of my bike for touring, Adam was very helpful in talking things through and suggesting just the right components.Definitely stop in for a chat if nothing else, though you'll likely end up calling this your local bike shop in no time!

Helpful, knowledgeable, and solution focused.I contacted all the bike shops in Palmy and this was the only one that was willing to offer a solution to my problem rather than the others which simply said they didn't have the item in stock.Highly recommended.

After positive reviews from friends, I wasn't too impressed when I first visited CBS recently - the staff smirked at each other when I came in the door and were generally unwelcoming. Although the staff were knowledgeable and were interested in helping me with my request, they didn't seem too keen to talk & made me feel like I was being a burden to their Saturday. May consider taking bike work there in the future but not right now - a lot of other Palmy bike shops are friendlier than these guys, regardless of their service quality!

Great shop, best bikes!Bought the coolest bike from Adam and had a warranty issue. Adam sorted out replacement part and even drove 3 hours to deliver bike when time was getting tight...Superb service.It's stuff like this that will keep us shopping at Central Bike Studio.
