I would highly recommend this business,, the quality of the products are fantastic, l buy my leather belts from there, they are just beautifully designed,thick high grade leather, the buckles are quality, there is a nice choice to pick from, colors, sizes, l would never buy my belts from any where else, l have never come across such nice belts, that is my opinion.There other products are excellent also, comfortable leather sandals, they look great for summer, bags, etc..When the belts were sent to me they were intervigille wrapped with there card and a lovely gift, they were very polite to talk to, helpful, it took no time at all to send the belts out, 3days l had them, could not be happier.SOUL SHOES deserves to be given a high praise as they give a excellent product, service, presentation, dont take my word try this fantastic SOUL SHOES for yourself.Thankyou Louise.

I have made two purchases from the company.They save your first details and ship to the address automatically without shipping notification or tracking.They also ship to the details of the first order. Even if that order was for someone else.Disappointed with the customer service, they are rude in emails and do not reply to emails or requests to order.Some items you can only buy online if you have purchased the items in the store.Overall disappointing.

Purchased the simple man bag last year, and absolutely love it. It was shipped quickly and the quality is excellent. Fits my small laptop perfectly and is a great smart casual business bag that gets a lot of positive comments. Thanks guys!

After having spent a decent amount of money at this store, and recently having an unfortunate accident debilitating my finger, I called into the store to ask for a custom made (very simple) leather work fitting. The lady (Sarah) who manages the store was extremely unaccomodating and very unsympathetic. Its a shame since customer is always king and one bad review can be crippling due to the online experience for others. My suggestion is that people purchase their Leatherwork elsewhere. Don't support businesses who don't support the community, and especially those that don't support the disabled!

So, I visited the shop a week ago when staying in the Silos across the street. The wares include a number of leather goods, from wallets, to belts, to flops, to knife holders. There were a good deal of things that were quite nice here. Fact is, it was the first shop I stopped at in Raglan, so I didn't quite estimate correctly the gem I had found. I did not buy anything, but I so wish I had. Being from the States, there were a number of things, in this simple shop, that could have done well for gifts.I'll be back to Raglan to surf, and in doing so, will come back to Soul Shoes. If you are looking for boutique leather shops, this would suit you well. Oh, one other. Prices. I believe I saw things ranging from about $20 or so NZ $, up to well over $200 NZ $. A little bit for everyone. But, if you are on a budget and tight with cash, probably not the place for you.

Really disappointed when I tried to order online 2 pair footwear yesterday just to find you have ro phone first. BUT make sure you have the exact measurements for you foot as per the tutorial.Went back and duly watched the tutorial and gotRequired info as per the website, rang the company just to be told sorry we only sell off thw shelf now.What a screaming shame and hassle.I need new jandals and have found the ones off the shelf are too loose. Will not return either and won’t be going to Raglan any time soon.Apparently they need a cobbler HURRY UP! They clearly need a media marketing person to sort out the misleading website.End of an era I say! Such a shame if you areLucky enough to get a pair of shoes that fit just right I am sooo jealous! Love the product. I own at least 5 pairs of shoes, several belts and one of the big back packs. The leather is tough and comfortable, the souls a little flat but i understand you can pay more for extra support if needed. Retail assistant being a little more attentive would be preferred but I understand they are very busy! Will be back for more - the Raglan Town branch is also looking great.
