They don't know how to talk to their clients with courtesy. They sound rude and stren while talking ; I've used CAB services in other locations but the staff in this location need to improve the way they talk to visitors.

Had spoken to the manager. Rude, unprofessional, and low to nothing mannerisms. Tried explaining what my situation was and was shut down in a way where I was being told off. The tone this 'manager' had used was almost like Oh here we go. Another young dumbass trying to get their way." . If you ask me this 'manager' has either just generalised me into the category of being young and dumb or has just stereotyped me due to the area this CAB is based. Very disgusted and untrusting. The review is only getting one star because this 'manager' had only provided one piece of useful information."

I was there today to get some documents attested. 12 to 1.16 pm. As they said they will open again after lunch 1.p.m.but I wasted more then one hour standing outside no one open the door after lunch hopeless people.

Staff members are really rude and dont know how to treat people esp with people who have disability. The worse citizen advice bureau ever.

They not good people , I am not mental problem, because bad people, bad system, I need lawyer,not GP not counselling , not be taken chemical pills, they bad heart , they should go hell.

I admire the JP when ever I go n signed some papersThey are about over 70s but they amazing they can still work in the office it is a good lesson to our young generation in the future
