Customer service is something they missing somewhere.Got in touch on tradein for Tradein prices. On Tuesday 10th May.Sent all details of my vehicle, was asked to wait for 2 days on Tradein price, which i agreed to.Been whole week, no one even bothered to contact or discuss options.Probably, they love cash buyer more.If u have week to waste, go ahead n waste it with Sales team..
