Westpac New Zealand

This is a review of the office building - not the banking services provided by them.This is the head office of Westpac NZ.The building is large and well maintained.Being recently renovated, all modern facilities are available in here.Every floor has a kitchen and ample number of toilets.Access is from Takutai Square and Customs street west side too.The reception is on the first floor on entering via Takutai Square.There are Cafe's inside for visitors and employees too.Working in here is a nice overall experience.

The Westpac bank is so disappointing on do many levels. Having recently visited a branch and being told an appointment was required to open an account for my daughter even though she was with me, they couldn't actually book me in for one, even in two weeks, and the latest appointment time, if one could be had, was 2.30pm. Pretty bad service, left without an account or an appointment.Plus Westpac don't offer services for Apple or Google Pay, its about time they met up with technology and got on board. They couldn't provide me as a long time customer with a mortgage as good as another bank and you can't pay details to send someone if you've made an online payment without divulging your account balance, nor do they have alerts if someone has deposited money in your account... if changing banks wasn't such an ordeal I'd have jumped ship eons ago.

I think Westpac has to be the bank with the worst customer service quality. They don't greet you well, they don't listen and understand your banking problem, and it's just like letting nature take its path and see what actually happens to your money.

Dementia NZ is supported by Westpac. The dementia organization does not support dementia patients directly but refers them to other originations. They have a smart web page with reference to support organization without doing any positive and physical work to help carers or suffers yet they draw salaries on the back of suffering dementia person's. Should we support a bank as customer that support such an organization.It's a shame. See attached pic

Such a rude people in Westpac head office.Remind you guys , Because of customer you guys have job to do so never show attitude towards customer .
