Impossible to get hold of…you are left on hold for up to an hour. They take hours (in my case the next day) to return your calls. So glad my car is paid off now so I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

Near impossible to get a hold of someone. When I finally did it was a horrid experience, I explained to them that I have to miss 1 payment as I'm switching jobs, not 3 10 20 payments just 1 and they said You need to pay" how horrible of a company can you be

Settled our account 3 weeks ago, no confirmation from them, still took money from our accounts, finally got a hold of them, was told it was settled and will be refunded for the money they took, a week goes by and no confirmation like they said they would send out and still took our money. Update: Finally got through to someone, very good to speak to, big up’s to Steven and Antonio, only redemption I’ve found with Branded

Take double payments, refuse to allow the over payment to sit as a credit for the next month, continue taking payments out and forcing bank accounts into over draft.Rude and argumentative over the phone, to the point they just hang up on you saying things like Well you owe the money so tough"Would recommend avoiding like the plague."

This company is an absolute jokeI've never dealt with such an incompetent company.They gave us another customers bank details, then asked us to delete the email.They wouldnt give us the bank account details to pay money into and then threatened us with action when payments weren't made.Theyve missed taking payments for the last 3 months and we havent been able to get hold of anyone. We leave multiple messages and no calls are returned.Avoid this company at all costs

These guys are extremely useless. -100/10 do not take any loans from these guys. No communication whatsoever quickly to take money from peoples accounts but very slow to communicate back. Can’t get a hold of any of them even the number on the website doesn’t work. My insurance company has been trying to communicate with these bums for almost 2 months now. I have tried to ring personally but no answer. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer service unable to transfer you to management over the phone, unable to transfer you to finance team on approval unable to provide any help for approved loan payment confirmation. Would not recommend using this company ever.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY CAR LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY.It’s just been a month that I have joined and they started ripping off with dishonour fees.So I joined them a month ago , the first instalment supposed to be taken out on the specific date which was agreed on the contract. But they didn’t then I have to chase them 10 times ( imagine the time I have wasted ) then they replied. They haven’t sent any documents to my bank for the direct debit. Next day they have taken out the payment.So today I have requested statement from them and I saw that they have charged me with the dishonour fee of $ 332. There was no communication about the dishonoured fee. So I have to chase the customer service today about the fee and they said it will apply as the payment didn’t went out from my account.I then emailed branded customer service team to waive off the fees as it’s wasn’t my mistake. But they replied that it will apply.CUSTOMER SERVICE EXTREMELY RUDE , UNTRAINED STAFF , THEY WILL NEVER REPLY ON TIME. CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLIES “ YOUR COMPLAINT DOESN’T LIE WITH BRANDED.MANAGER DONT WANT TO TALK BUT REPLIES BACK THAT “TAKE ME OUT FROM THE EMAIL CHAIN”Imagine guys the type replies they replied. I’m so frustrated with them.PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY CAR LOANS FROM THEM.
