False advertising. I went in store yesterday and a shoe was listed for $99. I asked for big size in that shoe. And asked if the bigger size would be the same price or not. Staff confirmed that all sizes are same price. When i went for the checkout she comes up with excuses said the offer is not valid and price is $270. They tried to call the manager of the store but manager refused to sell the shoe for the listed price. Taking the matter to authority as well for the false advertisement.

Great service from three young adults. I needed advice, walked up to the counter and asked the young man there. He confidently gave me the recommendation I needed, and after 15 minutes of deciding on a variety of shoes - with the help of two very attentive young women - I walked out of the shop with the shoes the young man had recommended because as it turned out, he knew what he was talking about!

went in on saturday morning and no one came over to me to ask if i wanted any help. however when a family came in they asked them. i even sat on the chair with a shoe i picked up from sale section. again nobody came over. better training needed.

Packed full of punters on Boxing Day, the staff seemed to be run off their feet. They had some huge discounts and there were a quite a few bargains to be had, I think I missed them by arriving too late in the day.More generally they have a fairly small floor area and not a huge range, and they seem to target a younger generation of shoe buyers.
