Car Body Removals

Kyle came out this morning to remove my car, he was a bloody awesome dude! The call centre team in Auckland are really lovely and helpful, keep you updated all the way through! Couldn’t recommend these guys any higher, fair price and all round awesome service! Fingers crossed it’ll never come to it again but I know who I’ll be calling if I ever need to again!

The person I dealt with on facebook was awesome to communicate with unlike some other companies! A time was booked in quickly, the driver turned up within the time that was given and a fair price was paid. Definitely the best car removals to contact to get rid off your car.

First time experience selling my car to a wrecker. I was messed around by Atlas Auto in Tauranga so I decided to call Car body removals instead and talked to lovely customer service reps who arranged a pick up for my car the same day. Only regret was not calling them first! Both professional and efficient service, highly recommend!

My experience with pick a part/ Carbody removal’s I had the best service. They were awesome. They were on time, quick, honest, fast, friendly, professional’s, helpful, lovely, and polite. They towed my car that was totalled that was wealth scrap value so I made a little bit of money that helped me deregister the car. Thank you for the awesome service, will be using you again when I need you.

A time was booked to pickup a car to which I took the morning off work for so i would be home , no one turned up. I tried for over an hour to contact the company and finally received a response saying they had made a mistake no big deal just cost me a couple hours in wages, the pick up was then booked for the next day and I was told I would get a phone call that I must answer before the truck left Tauranga and a rough time that the truck would be at my house… the phone call never came. I got a phone call from the truck driver that he was at my house loading the car on the truck , driver was a great bloke and waited while I shot home from work and made it a quick and easy process. Pretty average experience but truckie was great

Sold our old bangers for a fair price. Truck driver was great and friendly and came on the same day because we had 2 cars to sell. Nga mihi nui! Andrew Marsters

The call centre staff were always friendly and helpful each time I spoke to them. They accommodated the booking changes I needed to make without it being a problem. Pete was great to deal with, he gave me a reasonable price, removed the number plates for me and gave me all the info I needed to deregister the car, as well as get a refund on the rego period remaining on the vehicle. Cheers for making the whole process as easy as possible.

Very pleased with this service. I had a deregistered car to dispose of and over two weeks tried two other similar services in the Tauranga area. Both indicated an interest and a pick up day/ time.These never eventuated with minimal explanation or apology.Finally found Car Body Removals in the local paper. They are a pleasure to deal with and had concise understandable pick up instructions. Although they missed the first pick up date due to weather etc they had the courtesy to phone back with an explanation and revised pick up time.The gentleman who collected the car was friendly and professional despite having a challenging day. Finally the money they gave me for the car I felt was very reasonable and I have no trouble recommending this crew for a hassle free service.
