It is a big deal to sell a house and Thomas and Christine really were wonderful in helping me through the process. I really felt they were trying to achieve what I wanted by marketing the house to get the best possible price. I followed their advice and received multiple offers on the property. Thomas took the time to explain his marketing strategy and Christine helped arrange house staging . I was kept up to date on all aspects of the sale progress along the way and always felt confident in their knowledge and abilities. The house sold and I would recommend this team to anyone. Great to deal with and great outcome. We met Thomas at an open home at a house we had no intention of buying. He was informative but not at all pushy and during the following week, he managed to arrange more house visits and helped us with our concerns about the property.Thomas managed to negotiate a good deal on the property which suited both ourselves and the vendor and a week later we purchased the property. Thomas is now marketing our property for us.I found his knowledge of marketing and his sales strategy to be very thorough and we look forward to selling our property with him and his wife Christine.
