We've been there a few times, usually shopping for presents for our son's school needs. The shop is well presented and we can always find what we are after generally. Customer service though is terrible, and has been each time. The two girls at the counter today were hardly helpful when we had questions, wasn't pleasent to talk to, looked like they didn't want to be there. They were more occupied talking amongst them selves than assisting the customers. One of them was busy eating something. Didn't say hi when we went up to pay, and no thank you at the end. You could do better with a self checkout here.

would give no stars but no option to do so. bought EXPENSIVe bag and drink bottles etc. Zips on bag broke and bottle leaks. never buy from there again - overpriced rubbish

I love shopping there especially when they have specials

My wife had been to your shop in the St Luke’s mall on 31/1/2020 at around 12.30 pm to exchange a skipping rope that we had purchased for our granddaughter for $19 last week.The lady at the counter delivered a horrible customer experience.Not only was the lady who was not wearing a name badge and who intially refused to give out her name when my wife told her that she would be lodging a complaint.She did get her name at the end as’Tara’She initially refused to help my wife and challenged her that the rope was good and was giving proper reading but when she tested it she was proved wrong. She finally agreed to replace it but she found that all the other ropes in the shop were also defective and were not giving proper readings.Finally she agreed to refund but was trying to shortchange us by refunding $5 short. When my wife pointed this to her then only she refunded.My wife was very stressed when she came home with the absolutely awful rude behaviour of your staff.We have been regular customers at this shop for the last 6 years with us bring our overseas guests with their children to your shop.We need you to take appropriate action and are happy to assist in your investigations. Alternately we want you be kept informed of the outcome of this complaint or else we would be talking with our foot and also letting all our friends know about this abnoxious behaviour ofyour staff.We are honestly hurt and angryVidhya

Cool bags..prices are a little on the high end though

I was served by Sonia and she was so helpful and absolutely lovely. This was my first shopping experience at smiggle and will definitely return.

Best place for especially kids to purchase a range of stationary products and it reminds me of my childhood days.
