Well they were fast enough to come out and put bait in our roof but didn't communicate the risk of doing so. Now we have to spend thousands of dollars having the now ruined insulation removed and replaced as a result of the rodents dying in it so watch out for this - unfortunately the T&C's state this isn't their problem even though I feel it should have been a communicated risk. Unhappy with the outcome would be putting it mildly.

Really pleased with the Job that Kane did to get rid of mice in my house. He used Brodifacoum poisoned bait, and explained advantages and disadvantages. After the first week there were a few still there, but he warned me about that. After 2 weeks there's now no sign at all. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Paul was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I had called Pestptoof because I thought I had a wasps nest but - thanks to Paul’s knowledge - found out they were harmless native hover flys. Paul was very helpful with the situation. I’d highly recommend him.

Like a lot of Wellington properties we’re back into a hillside which means easier access for rats.Pestproof were extremely helpful with advice over the phone about traps, bait, placement and more. They are keen to ensure we trapped as many as possible to reduce any chance of rats dying inside ceiling or wall cavities due to bait.A week and half a dozen successful trappings later there’s no longer any evidence of rats inside the house.Pestproof are providing long term control through bait stations and placement of my goodnature traps through the garden.I cannot praise these guys enough. They’re helpful, communicative and reasonably priced.
