Absolutely shocking, I was the only customer and it took 15mins to make two footlongs. Bread tasted stale and sandwiches were cold even though toasted, neither of them were marked and when opened up couldn't even tell what was what. One was a classic chicken and the other Italian bmt, bmt was missing ingredients that come in it. Sandwiches were also not wrapped properly and had salads and sauce falling out the sides of the wrapper. 15mins to make 2 footloose and I was the only customer is Absolutely shocking. Ended up going in the bin cause it was too hard to chew or eat

I’m a regular customer with these guys, and they’ve always been amazing since new ownership took over. But, they’ve just gone above and beyond for my latest order during a busy day; so much so I made a review account to give them 5 stars. Y’all are legends

Absolutely rubbish, ordered two subs that were different. They gave us two exactly the same. I have dietary issues so order different to my partner. So of course it was mine that was wrong. Tried ringing restaurant 10 minutes leading to them closing as we wouldn't have driven back in time. Didn't pick up the phone once. Thanks Subway Bethlehem.

Ordered from the app, received a call saying the store was closed - which is fine, but don't let me place an order. Got told I won't be able to get a refund until tomorrow, and I need to go the store.Not an isolated incident, have placed orders through the app before that have failed, money still taken. Weeks of emails and still no refund.Not sure if this is the store's fault, or subway corporate. Either way it sucks. I would avoid both.

Unbelievably painfully slow. No service, no smile. Don't bother!I once did an online order and they hadn't even started it by the time I got there to pick up. No customers either.

Poor customer service. Painfully slow at making the subs, no smile or charisma from staff. The vibe felt incredibly depressing. Didn’t bother to change gloves between touching meat and veges??? Won’t come back

Wow, go the team at subway Bethlehem. Not only was my order fresh, it was a quick pickup and back to work wasting no time at all. Meat Feast Platter was delicious and cookies were a nice touch for my team.Thank you and let’s do this again!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Girl called Lucy was flirting with 2 boy customers then proceeded to stop serving the many waiting customers and go outside with the 2 boys to vape while myself and everyone else was still waiting to be served. I had to wait a lot longer than I should have, half my toppings were spilt out and put in the bin. Staff had no clue what they were doing and very immature. They seemed to be more concerned about their own conversations between themselves rather than the customers. This all happened at around 6:30pm on the 25th of September 2022.

I have to conflict with Troy here:If you're going to close up the shop, you're going to want to make sure the place is clean for the crew in the morning. So what is the last thing a customer should do?Come in 15 minutes before it's closed so they can undo all their progress just to make your sandwich because you decided you wanted to come right before closing time. You left a negative review because of YOUR poor timing.I've been in a couple of times and the staff have been extremely pleasant, were quick to respond and were very patient when I was spending too long deciding what toppings I wanted. Their customer service is incredible and definitely encourages me to come back, I recommend the same to everyone else!
