Probably the friendliest out of all the Bubble Tea shops around Auckland. The girls who served us helped us choose our bubble teas and had awesome suggestions. Definitely better than some of its competition in new market. Will be back here to try other teas.

Asked for a hot tea, and it was luke warm at best. Took it up to counter and asked for it to be heated as not hot. It came back exactly the same, luke warm. Was not impressed.

Hate places like this. Charge you an arm and a leg for drinks that are sold by street vendors in other countries. In ripoff NZ you move in to a shop with pretentious decor and heaps of glass and charge the price of a burger for a drink.

The view is nice. The teller is good, just a little issue that the tearista made my order incorrectly. But overall is good. Everyone should come.

Drinks are a bit of a mixed bag - sometimes really nice and sometimes, it tastes quite watered down.Nice interior and simple decor. You're not gonna be enjoying wifi here though. There are ports available for you to work on assignments but the lack of wifi is perfect for getting work done.Staff are friendly and will happily walk you through the order process.

What a lovely time we had! Came here after dinner for some hot milk tea. My grandchildren love this place as well as my youngest son. Staff is on training with sign on and very tidy place. See you again soon.

Very well presented establishment, but was very confusing ordering a bubble tea. I asked for a plain Taro tea and pearls. She asked me ratio of milk, ice, sugar and other things which was confusing. Then when I got my Taro tea it had Taro shavings in it which were not nice.
