I ordered a water pump filter, after chatting with a sales specialist. He gave me the information I needed & hadn’t been able to find online, so I could get the right filter for my pump. It was well packaged & has the instructions on it for delivery that I had given him. I haven’t fitted it yet, so I can’t comment on that or the performance, but I expect it to work well

I had a pressure regulator valve fail. Called these guys and they said to bring the unit in for testing. Really great service from the initial phone call to the testing and fitting of the new valve. Great company and people to deal with.

I've bought a handful of pumps from these lovely people over the past ten years, since our home relies on tank water. Every time, their service and delivery have been nothing short of amazing.Not long ago, our main water pump began to act up, and I honestly thought we'd have to fork out around $1,500 for a new one. But, you know, after eight years, that wouldn't be too surprising. Imagine my relief when, after a quick and friendly chat with the helpful folks at Pumps Online, they told me it could just be a straightforward $90 replacement part. And you know what? Nothing on the website suggests that it is an Australian site, so when you buy it is coming out of Sydney, I would have not bought if i knew this up front as i have local options that would not have taken soo long to take delivery.

A pump I bought stopped working just out of warranty. A full refund was given and a new pump sent as quickly as possible.
