Mr Hooper did my torn cartilage knee surgery. My knee kept locking up in my sleep, waking me in pain. I walked in and told him, he told me it was muscle freeze and hit me with a steroid shot.After a year of painful exercise trying to get it right i went to ACC and told them it was still bad. They sent me for a scan with the provision that if nothings wrong, I pay for it...Well, there was still pieces in there, and after all that physio using my knee as a blender, i am still 'paying fot it. It has never come right since. Dr John Rietveld went in and cleaned it up
