Horrible and appalling service from Mel clay if you are a person wanting to sell property please list it with somebody else even if it is within the same company but this person just does not respond to customer enquiries, has a don't care attitude and unprofessional. I have never come across such a poor service from any real estate agent in New Zealand. On a positive note the receptionist was kind and tried to respond to my complaint in a positive manner the manager Katy was also very helpful in trying to resolve my complaint. I don't no if the Vendor got all offers presented to her.
