Total Auto (2017)

So thankful to Fish for saving me and my girlfriend Amy last Wednesday with a broken down car in the middle of the night and conveniently right next to his work shop in Ngatea! Only awesome vibes, great chats and surprisingly awesome timing with a 10min wait! Had to drive us all the way to Auckland and with above and beyond service! Thank you Fish, from Danny and Amy!

Amazing Service. I had a WOF / Service / 2 Tires for my Car, WOF for my Caravan. Parts needed my Car Engine. Highly recommend the work they do, the service they provide is outstanding. They actually care, took the time to listen and what is important to me when it came to the work on my Car and Caravan was what was important to them.

Fabulous same day service picking up car & towing to Ngatea. Fixed the car issue then organised everything for a WOF. Absolutely easy to deal with & excellent work completed. Highly recommended

These guys have to be the nicest people I have ever come across!We broke down outside their town in Ngatea and was promptly picked up and helped on our way with a loan tyre and the best service anyone could ask for!I owe these guys everything and can't thank them enough for their generosity.I highly recommend anyone passing through or living there to see these guys! These people are superstars! I broke down about 20km from Ngatea. Rang AA in a real flap. They sent Total Auto to give me a tow. When “Fish” turned up with his tow truck shortly afterwards I was the happiest girl on the planet. He was very obliging and kind. Took my vehicle back to his workshop in Ngatea. There were several things that could have been done, Fish gave me the cheapest option (charge the batteries overnight rather than put in an expensive new one so I had enough charge to get home to my regular mechanic). I can’t recommend these people highly enough. Enthusiastic, honest, professional and thoroughly likeable. Thank you so much!

Had a breakdown on our trip down to Rotorua. Total Auto tow service and workshop service was excellent. Very friendly staff went out of there already busy day to help us get back on the road again. Highly recommended. Thanks for your help

We were greeted by Fish (Rob) after putting out the call to the AA. Rob texted us and arrived exactly when stated. Diagnosis of the car was quick and informative. Rob was very professional and towed us to our destination. The lift was fantastic and we got to learn all about his patch of NZ. We couldn't have asked for a better breakdown experience :).

I can absolutely recommend this mechanic. They are really friendly and helpful. We had a car break down 20km far from Ngatea and got towelled by them. At the end ... engine gasket was toast. Had to wreck the car, repair wasn't it worth. Finally they helped us without any charges with the wrecking company, AA, Rental Car, other stuff to get organised and a free ride to themes. Because of that I promised them to write this appraisal to give this guys just a little bit back of them what they did for us. Thank you! :)
