Customer service is the make or break for me when it comes to weather or not I'm a returning customer at any store and Alice at Little Gatherer is amazing! My parcel went missing before Christmas and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation to make sure my children got their gifts on time otherwise I would have been waiting until after the new year. Saying all of this I have shopped here numerous times over the past few years and always had a good experience, hassle free, beautiful products and no wait with shipping. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much! ⭐

This store is nothing short of amazing! From the absolutely beautiful range of products and brands sourced from overseas and here in NZ, to the engaged and lovely staff in store, I cannot fault a thing! The online shopping experience is always seamless, and if I’m not shopping for my own babies I’m shopping for baby showers and friends with little ones. The perfect one stop shop for everything baby/home/Mum ❤️

I love going into this store. It is the most beautiful children and babies store I’ve ever been in. The range is just amazing and they stock practical baby items that look beautiful. Not only that they have gorgeous items for mums that makes me feel so special. The staff are always willing to help and are incredibly friendly. I recently visited their new showroom and was blown away. I have been shopping here since my first born was a bubba.

It is one of my favourite stores, with the most beautiful things for little ones and mums as well. Their range is just gorgeous, the perfect place to go hunting for unique and special treasures to show off and adore! Also, they have the sweetest staff who always made me feel so welcomed and provided excellent service.
