Our experience with Latitude Homes Hastings was very positive. We opted for the kitset option and co-ordinated the build ourselves with our own builder and sub contractors. Deb coordinated with our builder for the delivery of materials to site and was very easy to contact and have a conversation with when needed. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product and even happier that we came in under budget. The build was completed within the timeframe given. We intend to do this all over again and would consider going through Latitude Homes.

We love our Latitude Home! The process was easy, Deb and her team great to deal with, the finished result is just what we dreamed of. Pricewise we are very happy with what we paid for our 4 bedroom plus office home - very well priced in comparison to others of similar size - and believe me we checked out a lot! We got a free colour consultation too which helped us to pull all our ideas together.

Debbie and the team made our first home build experience easy. Great to deal with and responsive to our requests for changes and fixes.

Lattitude built us a great home in Central Hawkes Bay, this was well constructed and good value for money, plan changes were made to the standard plan to suit the layout on our section. We met with a colour consultant to go through our options, which was well worth the effort. Debbie did the final inspection with us, there was very little to correct and this was done within a few days.

Latitude really do make building a new home easy, fast and affordable, the whole team at latitude homes Hawkes bay have been fantastic to deal with throughout the whole building process and without Debbie and her team we would never have been able to go from renting a house to ACTUALLY having our own home so easily.CANNOT thank latitude homes Hawkes bay enough!

After navigating a global pandemic and numerous delays due to supply issues, we are so happy with our new home. We built off one of the Latitude plans and made our own variations and upgrades where desired, this allowed us to keep in budget and there were no unexpected costs. Thank you!

Unless you want to give your hard earned money to a rude, unfriendly amature we don't recommend. Our experience was that Debbie , the owner, after papers are signed just wants your money and has no regard or care for delivering what was agreed. Her son is her builder and in her eyes can do no wrong -in reality this is not the case. Had a huge amount of issues. Terrible customer service. Sub standard results. No processes or systems in place. Head office is no help when issues arrise. Any 'builder' just pays for the 'latitude homes' name / logo and there is no national support. So once we moved in- months late! other couples then approached us in the same boat with unfinished / unsatisfactory work. Faults with their build. We've all been to lawyers and debbie just ignores the letters. We've been waiting 7 months to get the last fix ups done on the house. Don't go near them! Photos and show home are definitely not true to how your finish will be.
