Sold our car through here. Graham was great to deal with and made the process easy. We had our car valued and the next day decided to take the offer and went in to finalize the paperwork. Just waiting for the money transfer now. So simple and easy to do across the whole process.

After experienced this-- It has been 2 weeks (14 days) since I have bought my car from Turners North Shore branch and now the check engine light is on. We go to car dealers to buy a reliable vehicle at least short-term. But this experience is just terrible

Really happy with the service purchasing my new car. Needed a new car quickly after old one was written off. Test drove on the Saturday signed up straight away and completed the day after the pre purchase inspection was done.

Felt like a waste of time to visit and have my car appraised". Take it to the back for 2 minutes and then offer me 30% of what you proceed to tell me that you intend to sell it at.I understand a company needs to make money but I didn't take your practice for that of a pawn shop.Side note
