I get blood taken fairly regularly, so I rarely think about what it might be like for others who don't have tests often or who have anxiety about getting blood drawn. I was really impressed by the questions Kim asked me today to ensure I was comfortable. For instance, she asked me if I would feel okay to check my details on the labels on the blood tubes 'as is' or whether I'd like her to cover the tubes so I didn't have to see the blood. I think that was really thoughtful and considerate - it wasn't something I'd thought of before! - but of course for some people that would be a really big deal and it's awesome that Kim is so attentive to those potential needs. Thank you!

The kindest labtest I've ever been to in NZ. I don't know the guys name who took my blood samples but he was awesome.

I went to have a blood test at lunch time. long queue!! avoid this time! but I met a nurse Tanya ,only Tanya there or Tania (comment from BELOW lol).(she is only THAI lady there) she was so Quick and efficient. Every times that I had blood times with her ,always so smooth and great especially painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH, GREAT team.

The BEST labtests in Auckland. Seriously, I googled which labtest should I go and I chose this one coz the rating is relatively high. Really deserved it! They have great nurses and services. Everyone is so nice. I got nauseous after the test but got good looked after. So appreciated.

Got my express pre departure covid test in less than 4 hours after I took it, the staff were great x

The system here for taking clients as they come in a joke, some people were sitting waiting over 20mins only for the person who just walked in the door to be seen. What is the point of card allocation if there is no real hierarchy.. There’s also no system to revoke your card allocation so, was wasting Phlebotomists time calling out countless numbers of people who had left.

I have a condition which means having blood tests is very tricky as the veins disappear! I could not believe how fantastic Kimberly was. First try and it was all done and with a lovely manner and great humour. Thoroughly recommend this Labtests team. So friendly and accommodating. So if you fear blood tests like me this is the lab to go to.:) Meredith Lee

We came for our daughter's test 2 minutes before 4 pm. They closed the door in front of us without wanting to talk. We had19months old a baby with us who had to have this test.We tried to explain them, but no one wanted to listen.We were shocked at how rude the people were towards us.
