Brian and the team @ NZ Boardstore are simply the superstars of board sales! Took the time with me to assess what I was looking for/ out off a new surf board, gave great advise on options which had me purchase the right one for me at the right price.I just wish I could surf as good as their service is, but their advice has me having more fun, and improving with every session.

The service and advice from Brian has always been solid, but a dealership relationship is only really tested when things don't go exactly to plan. Having suffered an unusual issue with a recent raceboard purchase, I can say that Brian's customer care was exemplary, and he presented me with several more-than-fair options, and totally looked after me. Happy 30-year business anniversary Brian, and thank you for keeping me happily on the water!

I was blown away at the customer service I received from NZ Boardstore. The team that works there are extremely knowledgeable. I emailed for recommendations regarding a surfboard and they helped me solve my dilemma. I have a busy job so i asked them for links and recommendations regarding everything I needed and they sorted it all out for me at a fantastic cost. I am extremely grateful for their help. Would 1000% shop there again.
