I bought a few pairs of running from Athletes foot stores before. I went into Manukau store recently to buy a new pair of NB 1080 and the service was great on the day. I had a bit of an issue after couple of months and went back to the store with the shoes to show them the defect and lady was helpful on the day. She said she will get back in touch in a few days' time. I went back after 2 weeks as I didn't hear back at all. She apologized and said she will get back to me. She came back to me after 4 days and said she will let me know when someone from New Balance will come into store so I can bring in the shoes to show them the defect. It's been another 2 months now and nothing heard back. Might go back to Shoe science for my next pair of shoes.

Blown away by service provided as well as knowledge the staff displayed - they educated me on ideal shoe for my boxing training / running and I’m leaving a happy customer. Thanks team

Went to athletes foot manukau today .Before selecting shoes I asked the salesperson (boy)which are the selected shoes for the voucher I had of $200.I chose the shoe which had the price of $199.99, I have a pic as proof .While at the counter I was told by the same salesperson I have to pay $99 as the price of the shoe is $299.99.I asked him why is the price showing this on the shoe n u charging that and was told by him that customers might have done it as they don’t have time to check all shoes.A total rip off cos it was sticker price on that shoe as other shoes and it stated $199.99.When trying to choose other shoes we wer told none of them have the size.We had to leave n while we wer leaving the shop the Indian salesgirl laughed saying something to the sales boy.Please respect your customers that’s y I went bak n told her to talk on customer’s face not behind their bak n laugh.Remember at the end of the day you are being paid by your customers.
