We had Rich and his team change out the joinery in our home and they did such a great job. Total game changer for an older home! Rich and his team were so good to work with, so friendly and hard working. Will definitely use RM Build again for any future renovation work. Thanks guys!

RM Build were a very professional team in our multiple deck demolition and rebuild project. They helped us select the most suitable species of decking timber and clearly discussed all design issues and options for the best design outcome. We engaged RM Build for a major renovation in 2018. Throughout the renovation, Rich was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping so you knew exactly what you were being invoiced for. Rich chose and managed the sub-contractors well and due to his excellent communication skills, we always knew what was due to be happening at each time during the build. His eye for perfection and high expectations for his team were exemplary. The team of RM Build were all professional in the way they managed themselves and in the quality of work produced. Our job was done with care and precision and a high level of craftsmanship. Rich was also extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. As you can see, we would highly recommend RM Build - they are awesome!

Rich and his team undertook a massive renovation at our run down home in Papamoa Beach. Everything from relining & reframing interior walls, recladding exterior walls, and deck extensions. Rich was incredibly well communicated, and his skills exceeded our expectations. The quality and the calibre of the home we have now is much more that we could have ever dreamed of. We got on to RM Build through a referral from another client of theirs. I cannot rate Rich and his team highly enough. Right from the very start when Rich came and saw us about our wee reno, they delivered 100%. We were always kept informed at all times and what Rich promised, Rich delivered (even the coffee!!). He is extremely fussy (which is great for the client). He kept us informed at all times of what our 'spend' was, and the end reno came within what was discussed budget wise.Our reno was only a small one, but Rich and the team never made us feel like we were a nuisance to them.The RM team used to make our day with their laughter and friendship, whilst at the same time always remaining extremely professional.There is no other in our mind but RM BUILD. We contacted Rich regarding the complete interior renovation of our house. From the very first meeting we found Rich very engaging and he listened to what we wanted to achieve with our renovation project. From his vast experience he made some great suggestions that we hadn't thought of. He ran through the costings and schedule with us before construction began so there was no surprises. Throughout the whole renovation Rich kept us informed of what was going on and what items we needed to choose and when. Be careful of internet reviews. Rich was on site for 2 weeks and we had 1 full week of rework to follow. Perhaps OK on a small renovation, but we had 2 of three skylights incorrectly framed in a new build, so proceed with caution. Our build is complex for sure, but the complete inability to listen was a huge issue.

We worked with Rich at RM build for our kitchen reno which included removing a wall to make our living area open plan. At every step of the way Rich was easy and transparent to work with - he has excellent communication and always delivered on time. Rich was flexible to our requirements and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommend!
