Have booked from Christchurch, Yaldhurst Hostel. The bus litterly did not stop there, had to change my plane last minute cause of them.Wouldn't recommand

I arrived at the pick-up point by 2pm but the shuttle left and missed me. They didn’t even give me a call (which should have been done in every ride). The receptionist was very rude and said it like it was all my fault of not arriving earlier. From my experience, it should also be their responsibility to check if all passengers are ready but in this case they didn’t.

I just had a east west coach bus pass me on a double yellow line on the crest of a hill, what a winner, well at least we all were that time as nothing was coming the other way.

We used this coach service to travel from Greymouth to Christchurch along with our two bicycles.There was no problem at all transporting our bikes. We didn't have to do anything. No need to remove peddles or wheels.Our bus driver was a friendly chap called Wayne. He was helpful and a very smooth and safe driver.We would happily use this service in the future.

We had a horrible experience with this company. They are completely inflexible and only respond to emails or are helpful when they take your money, or when you decide you have to cancel because it won't work. They have tricks in their terms and conditions meaning you can't get any refund. I would definitely avoid booking again.

When I rung to speak about my son not being picked up Michelle was rude and hung up on me several times. I have no complaint about the service but her manner is disgusting and i can see from past reviews I am not the only one who has had a bad experience of her.

The shuttle literally drove past my sister and she called. The lady on the phone, Michelle was very rude as she didn't let her speak and hung up on her. This will be her first and last time using this service.

If your hygiene standards are moderate do not use this service.$95 to travel to Christchurch smelling body odour from people who have no concept of hygiene. I feel sorry for the older population groups that have no choice in using this service. Maybe the manager should up there standards and make a policy for people to shower before climbing aboard an enclosed van with no windows.Pretty disgusting im my opinion.

Not a coach, but a smaller than usual minibus turned up late.No greeting from the driver, just crammed onboard with little leg room and no head rests - not ideal for a 4+ hour journey.Driver continually performed risky overtakes and rear-ended other vehicles most of the way.Would not recommend, it’s unfortunate public travel options in NZ are so limited and so expensive.
