Such a brilliant experience from start to finish. Dion was an utter delight with my son, who had so much fun he is already asking when he can go back for another round. Dion has a lovely way with children, and I would absolutely recommend Hearing & Balance without hesitation.

I haven't had such good service in such a long time I have been so impressed. Thank you for being so patient and understanding I truly appreciate it. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my young six year old for a hearing checkup due to complications with continuous infections in one ear. Dion made me and my child extremely comfortable talking through his actions and explaining the hearing data to u while he was testing. It was really awesome to be able to see right into his ear canal on the big screen in real time, through the new technology that let us look right inside the ear and see what was going on in comparison to his healthy ear. Incredibly fascinating ! Thankyou Dion, we look forward to our checkup in the future!

Super friendly staff right from the beginning and Dion was amazing at helping me find the right hearing aids and supportive with quick action when adjustments were needed. As a hearing aid wearer himself he really understands the challenges of hearing loss and that getting the best solution for your personal hearing is essential. Highly recommend Hearing and Balance for your hearing needs!

I have just recently visited Hearing and Balance and had a great experience. I had a full hearing assessment done by Carly. Carly was very professional, made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained the process and results to me. Luckily my results indicated no hearing loss however if I need any future work done, I’ll be back for sure. Thanks team!

I have dreaded getting hearing aids for a long time. The people I know who have them always seem to complain about them or are fiddling with their ears so it was something I was not looking forward to. I went for the middle of the road option. 4.5K.I am absolutely stoked with them. I can hear and they are no problem. I went for the rechargeable option. That was smart because they have never gone flat on me. I can control them from my phone and they are virtually invisible.Carly and the team are great and nothing is a problem. I totally recommend them. For me it is life changing and totally worth it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dion Hutchinson-Jones recently at the Hearing and Balance clinic in Greenmeadows, Napier.Dion’s knowledge stood out enormously and his professionalism and consultation with myself was 10/10. I am very thankful to Dion and his friendly staff for one of the best ‘medical’ experiences in Hawkes Bay.The clinic was also immaculate, and the consultation from start to finish, no one could fault.Dion has a wonderful nature and is clearly passionate about his work. I would highly recommend the Hearing and Balance clinic to all.

Accessible, easy to find. Tash was very welcoming and friendly. Dion was very personable and courteous, he made the assessment very relaxing and informative every step of the way. I was pleased with the verbal results and the options available, followed up by the written report. I would recommend Hearing and Balance.
