Sue was and continues to be amazing from day 1. We were in a position where we needed to alter what we were doing with our mortgage and Sue helped guide us through this the processes to pay off our mortgage faster. We have had continued contact from Sue and her team over the past 12 months and this is a lot more that we did in the previous 6 years with a NZ bank. We highly recommend NZHL, Sue and her team, one of the best decision we have made.

From the moment i received the first call from Yerane to the approval letter, ive been kept up to date with the progress. Any queries were quickly dealt with and Yerane was only to happy to help me out. Yerane has been working with us to obtain our finance approval. She has been so helpful and understanding throughout the whole process, I really feel like she was genuinely invested, not that we were simply another application form in her in-tray, as you can feel with other banks. Yerane answered all our questions and had endless patience for us, we are so glad we are using NZHL for this journey.

They were really good to bank with. Johanna was really kind and nice to work with. Their tool is useful for first time home loan applicants, easy to track and simple to understand. Quite competitive with their rates and very hands-on customer service.

Myself and husband decided to give nzhl a try after being failed by our bank we had been with for over 15 years. I am not a very computer savvy person and don't deal with paper work very well . Our experience with Yerane Davies was above and beyond what we have experienced previously nothing was a problem she explained everything and did not rush us at any point she was an absolute star I would not hesitate to recommend nzhl and would especially recommend Yerane it was an absolute pleasure
