Dealt with Karen at no connect Ashburton was charged $6.35 when it was meant to be $5.50When I went in to let her know she just said okay and didn’t bother to apologise or offer a refund of difference

Well, reading the reviews one could be forgiven for expecting a good customer experience. Sorry, my bad. Having selected my items and wanting to pay, there were alot of people in the shop but the staff had no awareness of who was waiting. I suggest a little more communication to customers like I'll be right with you" giving you some indication of where you are in the production line."
