I have been an Anderson's pie lover for many moons and when I moved to Christchurch I couldnt find one but I stumbled across this bakery and just wow! Thier pies are scrummie no chewy steak and plenty of cheese and thier butter chicken just YUM! I really couldnt fault this place if I tried staff were so nice and talkative wearing big smiles you can also get frozen foods and bakery goods aswell as bread ect honestly worth poping in for your next lunch stop as prices seem to be rising the prices here are still modest.

Excellent range of food... cold wraps, hot pies... sandwiches and drinks. They sell bread and baking (biscuits, cookies and cakes) too. The staff are really friendly. I was able to park right outside and grab some lunch with no hassles. I highly recommend this shop. The chicken pie was delicious.

There is something systematically wrong with the stocking of hot food at this branch. Every time, yes every time, I come here they don’t have any sausage rolls ready. Once, twice, three times, not that bigger issues, but every time and now it’s a problem. Note to staff, what ever you stock, double it. I’ve noted this to staff on previous occasions… now it’s a one star review.
