Exceptional service. My daughters Laptop wouldn't turn on our charge. I dripped out if to kiwi computers Ltd and they fixed it for me within 2 hours since it was for education purposes. Great price, good customer service and excellent turn over times. Definitely referring friends.

This place is truly next level.I came in a few weeks ago to see if I could get a quote to fix my broken macbook screen. At the time, I didn’t have enough money to fix it so I thought I would come check out the price and return when I could afford the repair.As a student, they immediately offered an extremely generous price and were happy to store my macbook for me until I had enough for the repair. These people are truly pro’s as my screen was fixed super quickly with no issues and they even offered to replace my faded keys free of charge.I have never come across such kind and professional customer service. I really appreciate how understanding Myles was of my financial situation as a student and overall, I seriously doubt there is any place that has the same level of generosity and efficiency as KiwiComputers. I HIGHLY recommend this place and I will no doubt be back in the future if my computer ever breaks again.Thanks so much

Myles and Joseph was so helpful - got my laptop fixed in less than 3 hours when I collected it and it was in perfect condition. Even explained what went wrong with the battery. Would recommend the service and turnaround time.

This was the absolute best experience I've had at a repair shop and one of the best in any industry. I was traveling and on a very tight timeline and Myles went above and beyond to fix my computer and did so at a reasonable price. He wasnt feeling well that week and still stayed late to fix my computer! It was a lifesaver since I was leaving the country in a matter of days. Awesome repairs, thanks to Myles and crew.Admin Te Aroha is 10 stars for her vibe and communication, had me settled in like family.Fixed all issues with laptop and phone and was given option to observe all repairs. Informed of all issues as they unfolded.The price was excellent. I was quoted more elsewhere.The shop location is fire, inside the Queenstreet Food court with all your needs at arms length while you wait.

I appreciated this a lot too!-I felt very reassured throughout the entire process. They spotted and solved the issue with my laptop very quickly, being incredibly genuine and professional for the whole time. They are the type of the persons you can become friends with after coming, so you don’t really need to worry about being scammed as you might in other stores.2. Very reasonable price. Unlike in other places, you can fr just come here and leave your things to them, they are trustworthy and will give you an incredibly good price.3. 11/10 for their service, attitude, and price. I’m not really exaggerating or lying, you can come and you will know how good they are.
